Alma & Molly, friends since 1991.
We met at fifteen on an exchange program. Thirty-five years later, the adventures are still surprising, a little naughty, and a lot of fun. Ruta Huaje is what we always wished existed: a way to bring our friends into the magic of Oaxaca and into each other's lives.
Alma guides from her home in Oaxaca and her cultural space Bodega Coyote. Molly operates the journey. Together with our curator Ja Ja and artist Megan, we open doors that don't open to most travelers. And have so much fun doing it. Come adventure with us!

Our exchange is designed for small groups of 10 people or fewer. Every day we will explore Oaxaca and create or cook something new. It's seven days of artisans, ruins, markets, mezcal, craft, and laughter.
